This item is a brochure from the 2010 Green Bay Packers Fan Fest, Held inside the Lambeau Field Atrium. Although I am not aware of the who it is signed by, I know they are three members of the packers executive team at the time. Those executives would go on to build a Super Bowl winning team just a year later. 

In 2010, I attended the Packers Fan Fest, in short, it was an event where fans could come together to meet current and former players, take tours of Lambeau Field, visit the Hall of Fame and kids could attend a football camp. In between meeting players I was walking around the Atrium and noticed a group of Packers executives sitting at a table talking to fans and signing autographs. I went up to them and had them sign this brochure to add to my autograph collection.
