This item is an autographed Green Bay Packers mini football helmet. The autographs are unknown however are live ink and appear to be signed in person. It is an older helmet however both the helmet and autographs are still in near perfect condition. 

This is a piece that I was gifted by a friend who was not a Packers fan. I am unaware of the origin of the helmet or the autographs on the helmet however it is still a cool piece to have for a man cave.
